Quimby, Phineas (1802-1866)
Scope:
The Phineas Quimby collection consists of manuscripts, correspondence, and other material.

Manuscripts in the collection include nine hand-copied volumes of Quimby's articles and other writings on religion, medicine, science, and other topics, dating from 1859 to 1883.  Included are three volumes of Quimby's Ideas of Health and Disease.

Correspondence in the collection consists of 48 letters, mostly to Quimby by various authors, dating from 1843 to 1864.

Other items in the collection include material regarding various patents, dating from 1834 to 1850.
