This collection of one hundred and fifty books by and about the French philosopher and mathematician Blaise Pascal was formed by Mrs. Mary Arms Edmonds and presented to the University by her son, Dean S. Edmonds, Jr. Early editions of the Pensees and the Lettres a un Provincial highlight the collection, which also consists of contemporary printings of Pascal's other works, the various collected editions, and early translations and secondary sources.
