Quests of the Human Spirit: Quest for Life's Meaning
Nov. 25, 1951
Nov. 25, 1951. Running time: 31:04. People look for a way of life that is worth living. That is, they seek to break the monotony of living by testing our lives. The attempt to break monotony may possibly cause wars if men feel that actions set against others are events filled with significance and meaning. The insight of religion is that God is the one test of the life of man. Human lives are lived under the judgment of God. His judgment focuses on the small details of life. Our actions carry a meaning that extents beyond our individual ideas of significance and meaning because God is judging us.
